Bringing Your Clients the Power of Positive Thinking

Numerous scientific studies have shown that negative attitudes can physically impact a person’s health and well-being. A study from Yale demonstrated that negative beliefs about aging may be linked to brain changes related to Alzheimer’s disease – specifically, people who had more negative thoughts about aging had a greater number of precursors for the condition. We can literally negatively think ourselves into getting sick! On the other hand, another study also conducted by Yale found that people with positive attitudes on age and life lived as much as seven and a half years longer, almost a full decade more simply due to their positive thoughts! Being able to work your way through a or certificate with your client has many emotional and physical benefits, but a longer life might just be the most compelling reason of all!
